20lbs curls / 3 sets / 10 reps each hand
15 lbs tricep extensions / 3 sets / 10 reps each hand
25 lbs arm lifts / 3 sets / 10 reps each hand
Pushups / 3 sets / 12 reps
Total time: 1 1/2 hrs
